So does this mean YOU?

Since you have studied these Words of God, have you found the commandments old and meaningless in our modern society, or have you found that they are just as much for us today as they were for the people thousands of years ago, when God wrote them on two tablets of stone. Let's see what He says about that.

Ps.5:4-5 You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil; with You the wicked cannot dwell. The arrogant cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all who do wrong.
Is.42:8 I am the Lord; that is My name! I will not give My glory to another or My praise to idols.
Ezek.6:9 I have been grieved by their adulterous hearts, which have turned away from Me, and by their eyes, which have lusted after their idols.
James 4:12 There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy.
Lev.26:18 If after all this you will not listen to Me, I will punish you for your sins seven times over.
Rom.6:23 The wages of sin is death.
Gal.3:10 Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.
Ezel.18:20 The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righeousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.
Eccl.12:13-14 Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good for evil.
Matt. 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the ONE who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
Lev.19:2Be holy because I, the Lord your God, am holy.
James 2:10 Whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
Ps.14:3 All have turned aside, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.
Eccl.7:20 There is not a righteous man on earth who does what is right and never sins.
Is.64:6 All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags.
1John 1:8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.
Gal.3:10-11 All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." Clearly no one is justified before God by the law
1Tim.1:9 We also know that law is made not for the righteous (good) but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers.
Rom.2:14-15 Indeed, when the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.
Rom.3:20 Through the law we become conscious of sin.
Rom.7:7 I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, "Do not covet."
Ps.119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.
1John 3:4 Everyone who sins breaks the law; infact, sin is lawlessness.
1John 3:8 He who does what is sinful is of the devil because the devil has been sinning from the beginning.
Rom.5:12 Sin entered the world through one man.
Ps.51:5 I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
John3:6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
Rom.5:12 Sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned.
Gen.8:21 Every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood.
1Cor.2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Eph.2:1 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins.
Rom.8:7 The sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law nor can it do so.
Gal.5:19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: Sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry and withccraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkedness, orgies and the like.
Matt.15:19 Out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.
James 4:17 Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins.

So the law points to us and accuses us whether we want to believe it or not! We sin. We know that what we do is wrong whether we accept that it is for us today or not. It is written on our hearts. We cannot get away from it, thank GOD! So what can we do about it! Let us pray that the people who refuse to accept the Law of God for these evil times come to know God and what He says to them. I do pray for the ministers who are leading their sheep astray, but mostly I pray for those sheep to look to the Word of God and flee from false teachers, the wolves in sheeps clothing! Now we need to learn about the Love of God through Jesus Christ.
